Youth President

Bro. Davis first joined the Youth Committee in 2017 as the San Antonio Metro Section Director in the South Texas District. In 2019, he was elected to serve as the Youth Secretary of the newly formed South Central Texas District, and was elected Youth President in 2023. Bro. Davis is Ordained with the UPCI, and he and his wife Ashley serve on the Pastoral Staff at Calvary Church in San Antonio. They met while attending Indiana Bible College, and have 3 children, Jack, Joy, and Max.

Josiah and Haley Blair joined in SCTX Youth Committee in 2023. They are both graduates of Indiana Bible College, and attend New Life Brownsville, where they serve as Student Pastor.

Bro. Castongue joined the SCTX Youth Committee in 2019, representing Austin Metro. He and his wife Sarah met at Urshan College, and now serve as the Pastor of Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Georgetown, TX. They are the proud parents of four children.

Bro. Esquibel joined the SCTX Youth Committee in 2025. A veteran of youth ministry, he and his wife Kimber serve in music and youth ministry at the Pentecostals of Laredo. They both attended Texas Bible College. The Esquibels are proud parents of three kiddos.

San Antonio Metro

Bro. Alex joined the SCTX Youth Committee in 2023. He and his wife Lynette met while attending Urshan Graduate School of Theology, and now attend Calvary Church in San Antonio where they serve in the music department and other areas of ministry.

Bro. Milligan joined the SCTX Youth Committee in 2025. He and his wife Nicole have lived in the RGV their whole lives, and are both teachers. They serve in leadership at The Pentecostal Church of San Benito, and are active in music, children’s ministry, and other areas.

Bro. Scarbrough joined the SCTX Youth Committee in 2025. He and his wife Caylee are alumni of Urshan University, and currently serve as full-time Student Pastor at H.O.M.E. Church in Johnson City. They are the proud parents of a little girl.
